Yesterday, as part of the
GRIT program, Professors Sangsook Park and Justin Sutters, along with their students Sarah and Emily, coordinated an art activity with students from the SIUE/East St. Louis Charter School. The event went really well, as students had the opportunity to decorate boxes--designing them on the outside to represent how they are viewed and highlighting some of their core strengths on the inside.
